evening 19:15 pm – 20:15 pm

Tues: 10:15 am – 11:15 am

evening 17:45 pm – 18:45 pm

Weds: 10:15 am – 11:15 am

Thurs: 12:30 pm – 13:30 pm

evening 17:45 pm – 18:45 pm

Friday: 10:30 am – 11:30 am

and         11:45 am – 12:45 pm

Our Evening Classes are faster paced so require a minimum level of fitness to attend. When you enquire, you will be able to speak to our Instructor to help determine which class will be suitable for you.

Classes are in blocks of 6 weekly sessions which are very popular so need to be paid in advance in order to reserve your place. They are 1 hour long and are small group classes with 10 spaces available per class. Block booking is essential as it guarantees your place in the class, it helps you to improve faster and more safely too. Class payments can be made either by card over the phone or by bank transfer. If you have to miss any classes, you can swap into a different class on another day or time during the block.
